A: JOMAX provides loss recovery services to surety, fidelity and insurance carriers nationwide.

Q: What is your pricing?

A: Loss recovery is handled on a contingency fee basis. Therefore, with the exception of court related costs, payment for services is only made if there is a recovery. Our rates our highly competitive and based on such factors as volume, exclusivity, etc. Investigations are handled on a flat fee basis.

Q: What sets JOMAX apart from other collection agencies?

A: We specialize in surety, fidelity and insurance loss recoveries. By focusing on what we know and do best, we recover the most total dollars in the shortest time for our clients.

Q: In what areas of the country do you work?

A: We work throughout the United States. We find that being headquartered in Arizona is beneficial to our recovery success. Due to the time zone differences, we are always available late to contact people at work and at home.

Q: What types of reports do you provide?

A: We use a state of the art collection system that allows us to meet the specific reporting needs of our clients. Status and trust reports are provided on a monthly basis, however, we work with each individual client to provide the specific reports they need, when they need it. In addition, we provide our clients with 24/7 online access to their current account information through our secure server. By providing this access, we want our clients to not only be able to obtain the current status on an account at their convenience, but to also to see for themselves how diligently and aggressively we are working their accounts.

A: We proactively work with our clients to provide them peace of mind knowing that the accounts they send us will be handled quickly and efficiently without compromising quality. We determine the volume we can handle from our clients based on their needs and our current production schedule.
